What the service does

ReputeFix reads publicly available review data for a business you choose, scores its reputation, and suggests replies to negative reviews. Suggested replies are drafts for you to review, edit and post yourself. We do not post anything on your behalf.

Google Maps Platform

ReputeFix uses Google Maps Platform. By using ReputeFix you also agree to be bound by Google Maps Platform Terms of Service (including the Google Terms of Service), and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into this document by reference.

Review content shown in ReputeFix belongs to its authors and to Google. You may not scrape, copy, cache or redistribute it from our service.

Plans and billing

• Free: 3 scans, 15 searches and 5 AI replies per calendar month.
• Pro, ₹1,499 per month: one business monitored weekly and rescannable by hand 3 times in any 24 hours, 3 scans a month of any other business, and 300 AI replies per month.
• Agency, ₹14,999 per month: 15 client listings monitored weekly, each rescannable by hand 3 times in any 24 hours, 3 scans a month of any other business, and 300 AI replies per listing per month (4,500 in total).

Limits reset at the start of each calendar month: 00:00 UTC on the 1st, which is 5:30 am India time.

Pro is a one-time payment that gives you 30 days of Pro access. It does not auto-renew and nothing is debited automatically — when the 30 days are up you choose whether to pay again. Agency is invoiced and paid by bank transfer; it is never auto-debited.

Until online payments open, Pro is available as a free trial that we grant on request. A trial has an end date like any paid period, and your account returns to the Free plan when it ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Because nothing recurs, there is no subscription to cancel: simply do not renew, and your account returns to the Free plan when the paid period ends. We do not refund part-periods.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to post fake, deceptive or incentivised reviews.
• Do not attempt to bulk-extract Google content through the service.
• Do not resell access except under an Agency plan that permits it.

Accuracy and liability

Scores are our own estimate based on data Google returns at the time of a scan; review samples from Google are partial and ordered by relevance, so a score is an indicator, not a certified measurement. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
